General regulations

1. www.bsb.pl is a website which owner is Bazy i Systemy Bankowe Sp. z o.o. located in Bydgoszcz, ul. Kasprzaka 3, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the District Court in Bydgoszcz, 13th Economic Division of the National Court Register, KRS no. 0000168197, with the share capital (paid in full) of 10,000,000 PLN, NIP 953-03-07-834, referred to "BSB".
2. Any person who uses www.bsb.pl website thereby acknowledges and accepts the conditions of these Regulations.
3.  www.bsb.pl website contains information about activities, products and services provided by BSB, but these data are given only for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
4. BSB reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend or discontinue any functionality or features of the website at any time without prior notice.
5. These Regulations are not regulations referred to in Article. 8 of the Act of 18th July 2002 on the provision of services electronically. www.bsb.pl website is not registered by way of the press within the meaning of the Act of 26th January 1984 Press Law.

Responsibility of the owner

1. www.bsb.pl website has been prepared with utmost care. Despite it BSB cannot guarantee the total correctness and accuracy of information presented within.
2. BSB does not bear any responsibility for any damage resulting from the information provided on the website. Only the user bears any risk arising from the use of the website.
3. BSB reserves the right not to reply to job offers sent via email.
4. BSB does not accept and is not liable for any damages or viruses that may infect computer software or other users’ property which may arise from the access to the website, use it or download any materials from it.
5. BSB is not responsible for any damages resulting from any events that are beyond the control of BSB.
6. BSB can publish banners and links to other websites and services. Such links can lead to ad owners, content providers or partners (cooperating companies) who may benefit from the logo of BSB according to the agreements. Using the banner or the link the user navigates the page belonging to another owner.
7. BSB is not responsible for the content of any websites and web pages linked to the www.bsb.pl website using references (links) to or from this website.
8. BSB is not responsible for the consequences of the use of any information or materials available on the websites of partners cooperating with the BSB.

Responsibility of the user

1. The user is each person who uses the www.bsb.pl website.
2. The user uses all the information available on the website at his own risk and responsibility.
3. The use of services is a subject to restrictions under Polish law and the commonly accepted rules relating to all internet users, which are aimed at protecting their interests and the interests of third parties.
4. The user holds solely the responsibility for the use of the information contained on the website and decisions based on it.
5. The user is obliged to cover any loss or damage arising as a result of his acts or omissions and to satisfy the claims of third parties, including those asserted in the court, against BSB, and related to behavior inconsistent with these regulations or prohibited other way or making harm to anyone.

Technical objections

1. Due to technical limitations BSB cannot guarantee that the information transmitted via the Internet will reach the user faultless, complete and full. BSB cannot also ensure that browsing the sites will not take place without interruption, technical defects and that the user will get exactly the information he/she was looking for.
2. With the subject of relevant legislation and these Regulations, BSB is not responsible for damage caused by the transmission system malfunction, including equipment failures, delays and disruption of information transmission.
3. BSB does not guarantee the security of information being transmitted to it. All such transmissions are carried out at the risk of the person who transfers the information.

Copyrights

1. All rights to the entire contents of the www.bsb.pl website are reserved and protected under the provisions of the Act of 4th February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights. Each user is obliged to respect the copyrights on the civil and criminal liability arising from the provisions of this Act.
2. The content of www.bsb.pl website can be used by the users only for personal use. Used for other purposes, especially commercial ones, including copying, public performance, or making it available to third parties  may happen if only there is a prior written permission made by BSB.
3. The use of material published on the www.bsb.pl website in any purpose other than personal use is on the general principles of the press and copyright law.

Privacy policy

Information on the nature of personal data transferred to BSB remain the property of the person sending. However, sending them to BSB means the same as BSB is granted the permission to use this information for internal purposes. It is possible to save personal data in BSB system and their use if only the person whose data they are consents to the processing of these data. In any case, personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29th, 1997 on the protection of personal data.

1. BSB reserves the right to change the content of these Regulations.
2. Any changes will be posted on the www.bsb.pl website and enter into force on publication date
