A conference on " IT management in Civil Service - IT governance in government" in Bydgoszcz

On 26-27 of October 2009, on initiative of the City Council of Bydgoszcz a conference to promote the implementation of best practices in IT management took place.

Invited speakers mainly discussed ITIL and Prince2 methodology on the basis of specific implementations in the Public Administration and commercial companies.

BSB's representative during his presentation had the opportunity to present "Key success factors of implementing a comprehensive support system for IT management".
