Little time left until the SORBNET2 system is launched by the National Bank of Poland. In the first quarter of 2013 SORBNET2 is going to replace the SORBNET system that currently is operated. In a few months banks will be obliged to participate in the tests: SORBNET2 with NBP so it is not worth waiting.

BSB as a company owned by the National Bank of Poland founded in order to provide IT support for the effective and safe operation of financial institutions, carrying out its mission, prepared a new solution called sorbELIX that allows to participate in the SORBNET2 system. Last year we signed first contracts and currently we are implementing sorbELIX. We offer our customers full security and comfort using a new tool and possibility to begin settlements in the SORBNET2 system on time.

BSB offers a client application to exchange payment and system messages with the SORBNET2 system via the SWIFT network. The application has the functionality of existing SORBNET_BW application within the processing of payments in PLN and additional functionality - related to the functionalities of account and orders monitoring introduced in SORBNET2 by the NBP.
