On 26th of February 2010 at the BSB Supervisory Board meeting the new Management Board was appointed. The President of the Board is Sławomir W. Zawadzki. On 14th of May 2010, the Supervisory Board of BSB Sp. z.o.o. appointed a new member of the Board. Mr. Wiesław Łącki, recently the Director of Business Solutions Department in BSB, was chosen to be Vice President

Sławomir W. Zawadzki

President of Management Board

Sławomir W. Zawadzki graduated in the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology, MBA Department of Business Management at the University of Wisconsin (USA) and postgraduate studies on the European Knowledge of World Economy Research Institute at Warsaw School of Economics. In 1995-96 he was a Scholar of the U.S. Congress within the East Central European Scholarship Program administered by the Georgetown University (Washington, USA). He gained experience in U.S. companies and financial institutions. After his return his professional career was focused on finances management.

In 1997-98 he served as Under-Secretary of State in the Office of the  Committee for European Integration supervising the funds of the European Union and  foreign financial support for Poland. From 1998 to 2001 he held the position of Post Bank SA Vice President Chief Financial Officer.

In the following years, being a member of Polish Oil SA, then Petrogaz Orlen Plock Management Boards and the Director of Investment Department in Warsaw Municipal Government Office, he was responsible for finances management. Since 2007 he was the adviser of the President of the National Bank of Poland and Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Budgets of the NBP. In 2007-2008 he was a member of the Council of Bank Guarantee Fund.

Wiesław Łącki

Vice President of Management Board

Mr Wiesław Łącki graduated from the Gdansk University of Technology in Electronics (specialization - IT, the scope - construction and mathematics machines software).

He has been working for IT in the banking sector. He started his work in 1981 at the Data Center of the National Bank of Poland in Bydgoszcz transformed in 1994 into Bazy i Systemy Bankowe. At the beginning he improved his professional experience taking engineering positions (programmer, designer, specialist), and since 1987 management positions (Manager of independent section, Deputy of Head of the Department, Director, CEO). In the years 2006 - 2008 he worked at the Headquarters of the National Bank of Poland in IT Department as a Manager of Information Architecture Division. Since September 2007 to June 2008. he was a member of the Supervisory Board of BSB Sp. z.o.o. In July 2008 he was appointed as Director of Business Solutions Department in Bazy i Systemy Bankowe.

Since the beginning of his career he has improved his knowledge of IT and modern management methods. He completed numerous courses including “IT in Management - the value of financial institutions”, projects management, risk management, PRINCE2 Methodology, Business processes modeling.
