What should you do to join us

  1. Submit an application including a CV, covering letter and evidence of qualifications. You can do this by e-mail to hr@bsb.pl, surface mail or deliver in person.
  2. We review your offer according to the requirements specified in the job offer.
  3. The next step is a telephone conversation with human resources team employee, while we complete information about you and arrange a meeting.
  4. The interview is carried out either by Department Director or designated team manager - your immediate superior in the future. During the meeting you have the opportunity to introduce yourself, as well as get acquainted with work conditions.
  5. If you meet all the requirements and expectations we are looking for you become a company employee.
