The main objective of preparing a dedicated training is to adjust the content of training to Customer’s business practices, his preferences, tastes and technological possibilities. The main idea of the dedicated training path design is to translate Customer’s knowledge and experience - as an initial material – into the language and the specificity of e-learning, blended learning.

E-learning is an interactive learning method using all possible modern IT technologies of transmission and communication.

Blended learning is a combination of at least two methods of teaching such as: traditional and remote. Efficiency, flexibility and low costs of mixed trainings make the training very popular among Customers. Training projects can be performed only by BSB's specialists in cooperation with the Customer's trainers or external experts.
