boxELIX and EuroboxELIX are solutions dedicated to archiving and searching for documents exchanged within the branches of the banks and KIR SA using EuroELIXIR ELIXIR settlement systems.

The systems meet the requirements of the existing legal acts (Regulation No. 1 / 95 of the President of the National Bank of Poland from February 16, 1995), that regulate detailed accounting principles for banks and the principles for creating, recording, storing and securing (applying an electronic signature) to banking documents developed on digital data storage devices (according to the Regulation - for five years).

Functionality

• storing documents exchanged by the bank branches with National Clearing House on data storage devices,
• viewing archived transactions with the possibility for searching according to user-defined criteria,
• printing duplicates of selected transactions,
• verification of the authenticity and data integrity in case of conflict, including checking of electronic signatures below the data,
• securing archived documents, creating original and copies, and their reconstruct in case of damage.
