SPERT - BSB's copyright application dedicated to the financial sector which assists in combating "money laundering" and terrorist financing.

SPERT system was developed to assist financial institutions in implementation of Polish law regulations:

• Act of 16th November 2000 on counteracting the introduction of property values into financial circulation originating from illegal or undisclosed sources and counteracting the terrorism financing with the Amendment of 25th June 2009,
• Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 21st September 2001 concerning the Transactions Registration,

System takes into account changes introduced by amendment to the act of adjusting Polish law to so called III EU Directive.

BSB ensures that SPERT is always compliant with all regulations in anti-money laundering and terrorist financing area as it has been demonstrated by numerous audits carried out by GIIF in financial institutions using SPERT system. BSB provides its Clients with new version of software free of charge anytime change in law regulation occurs.

Functionality

• automatic import of data from the internal systems of the Obliged Institutions (using interface defined by the user),
• transfer of data to Head Inspector of Financial Information (GIIF) in correct format,
