BSB offers a service to share operating systems, applications and databases and their management for the Customers’ needs. The service can be combined with the infrastructure management. Support for the management of updates, availability and performance is provided to Customer. BSB uses sytems of monitoring, state control and accessibility of system, transactional and database environments, mass memory and processor capacity utilization, plans and execution of batch processing and many other factors affecting the quality of services delivered to the Customer. Integral part of servers management are emergency plans and solutions. The service can be implemented locally or remotely.
